Delta 60 +:

PRINTER ERROR……this message can be caused by several different problems:

  • · 1- Paper is not loaded correctly. This is the most common cause. Please refer to the following links for images on how the paper should be loaded. Paper Loading 1, Paper Loading 2.
  • · 2- Printer door is not closed properly. Closing the door activates a micro-switch; if the door is not closed properly, you will get an error message. Press on the upper left hand corner of the paper door. If the error message disappears your door is not inserted properly. Remove it and try to close it again.
  • · 3- Dirty paper sensor(s). Clean the paper sensors (small black hole on the printer) with a cotton swab soaked in alcohol.
  • If you have tried all these procedures and you are still getting an error message, please contact us at service@cardiolineusa.com
